Delivery Policy

Pellicha Online Store processes the delivery of the orders immediately after its confirmation and is dispatched at the same day.

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Presently, Pellicha Online Store is only available for purchase and shipment within UAE.

We regret to inform that if you wish to place an order in UAE and request for a delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request

Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except UAE. As of now, we can ship the goods only to UAE.

Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the UAE.
